Situated just a 1 minute walk from the West End of Princes Street this 1st floor Georgian apartment retains many original features being a Grade A listed building. However, whilst giving you a flavour of Georgian splendour it has also been modernised to give you all the comforts of home.

There are 3 double/twin bedrooms and a large, stunning dining lounge with original fireplace.

Facilities
The large Lounge/Dining Room overlooks Randolph Place, a quaint cobbled street. The room is equipped with TV, DVD and a Hi-Fi system. There is a small selection of books, DVDs and CDs for your enjoyment.
The Kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine and tumble drier.
Double Bedroom 1 has a zip and link super kingsize bed allowing flexibility with either a super-kingsize or twin beds - just let us know your requirements.
Double Bedroom 2 and 3 face to the rear of the property and each have a kingsize bed. All bedrooms have hairdriers and radio alarms provided.
The Bathroom is newly fitted and has a powerful shower over the bath.

The property is located off Queenferry Street just a minute's walk from the West End of Princes Street, Edinburgh's main shopping fare.

Within easy walking distance are all Edinburgh's art galleries; the Dean and the Scottish Gallery of Modern Art, the National and the Portrait Galleries.

Princes Street Gardens provides excellent free entertainment in the form of concerts throughout the summer months. For those wanting to venture further afield both the train and bus stations are withing easy walking distance (15 minutes).

Given its proximity to Princes Street the property has easy access to all areas of Edinburgh either on foot or via the excellent bus services in the city.

There are a number of excellent and varied local restaurants and pavement cafes within a stroll of the front door - enjoy!

Tariff 2007

Prices from £700 to £1300 per week.

Short breaks from 2 nights upwards are available, although minimum rentals of 3 or 4 nights will apply during Christmas/New Year, Easter, rugby internationals and August.
