This beautiful mews cottage on 2 floors lies off Northumberland
Street in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town. It has 3 bedrooms,
kitchen, living room/dining room and 2 bathrooms.
It is a 5 minute walk to Princes St and so within easy access
of all Edinburgh's historic sights, fabulous restaurants and
bars and excellent bus & train service which can take
you just about anywhere in Scotland, including the world famous
Rosslyn Chapel.

| The Living/Dining
Room, is on the gound floor and has doors opening out
onto a small, secluded patio area, perfect for relaxing with
a glass of wine after sampling some of the delights of Edinburgh.
There are dining facilities for 6 and the room is also equipped
with TV, DVD and a Hi-Fi system.
There is a small selection of books, DVDs and
CDs for your enjoyment.

The Kitchen
is situated on the ground floor and is equipped with a gas hob
and electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer,
dish washer and washer/drier. A small table with 2 chairs allows
a coffee to be sipped whilst watching breakfast being prepared!

A Family Bathroom, with a shower over the
bath, is also situated on the ground floor.

|
Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom.
|
|
The Master Bedroom is situated
at the front of the property overlooking lovely old mews properties
in a very peaceful street.
It has a spacious ensuite with separate shower and bath.

| Double Bedroom 2 is also situated
to the front of the property and the Single Bedroom
faces the rear.
All the bedrooms come equipped with radio alarms, and hairdryers. |

Local Area
The property is located in
the New Town area near Queen Street and Princes Street.
Round the corner is one of the most prestigious streets in Edinburgh
- Heriot Row. A further walk up the hill takes you to Queen
Street then George Street, the first of the streets to be
built as part of the New Town.
Go a little further and you will see the Castle Hill. Perched
on top is Edinburgh Castle of which the oldest part, St
Margaret's Chapel, dates back to the 1100's. Truly awe-inspiring!
Remember
there is a fabulous bus service that can take you anywhere
in Edinburgh.

Prices from £700 to £1300 per week.
Short breaks from 2 nights upwards are available, although minimum rentals of 3 or 4 nights will apply during Christmas/New Year, Easter, rugby internationals and August. For all our self catering apartments in Edinburgh, prices include: - Towels and linen.
