This is a beautifully furnished two-bedroom, first floor Edinburgh holiday apartment,
located in St Stephen Street, in the trendy Stockbridge area and just a
5-10 minute walk up the hill to Princes Street.
It lies on the boundary between the New
Town and Stockbridge - Stockbridge having a more eclectic range
of and bars. Atmospheric, friendly and immensely civilised,
Stockbridge is a lovely area of Edinburgh. A wealth of quaint, independent jewellery,
antique clothes shops and restaurants.
The property has a wireless internet connection for guest use.

The open plan Living/Dining Room/Kitchen
has a wonderful warm and cosy feeling. The kitchen has all the modern
appliances you'd expect including a washer/drier and fridge/freezer.
The
living area has 2 sofas, one of which is a sofabed and the room
is equipped with a TV, DVD and Hi-Fi system. There is a small selection
of DVDs, CDs and books for your enjoyment.
There is a small balcony with a table and chairs accessed from the living
room - perfect for morning coffee and cakes!

The Double Bedroom with
a double bed features a very quaint round window! TV, hairdrier
and radio alarm are also supplied.
The Single/Twin/Double Bedroom
has one single full length bed with another single bed stored
underneath. They can be split into twin beds or can be zipped together to make a 5' (1.8 metre) king size bed.
With the king size bed in place it is a cosy fit!!
A hairdrier and radio alarm are also supplied.

The Shower Room is tiled
and fitted with an instant mains power shower.
The
2 bedrooms and shower-room are up a flight of stairs within the
apartment, accessed from the hall.

Local Area
If you're looking for quaint bars and trendy restaurants, antiqueshops and shops with fantastic treasures (check out the Gramophone
Emporium on St Stephen Street!) look no further than Stockbridge. It really has got the lot!
On the edge of the New Town there's no shortage of classic 18th Century
architecture and just a couple of minutes walk takes you to the serene and
quiet of the Water of Leith footpath that will take you to the West End/Haymarket
and the Dean Gallery and Gallery of Modern Art. Click here

The Edinburgh Academy rugby ground, Inverleith Park and Botanic Gardens
are all nearby and, remember, it's just a short walk or bus ride to Princes Street or Edinburgh's Old Town.

Prices from £500 to £950 per week.
Short breaks from 2 nights upwards are available, although minimum rentals of 3 or 4 nights will apply during Christmas/New Year, Easter, rugby internationals and August.
