Terms & Conditions

Reservations are accepted on the following terms:

1. A contract of booking is made once we have
- received your completed booking form
- received your initial (non-refundable) deposit of 25% of the agreed rental price
- confirmed the booking with you
Telephone and email bookings (not just inquiries) will be held for up to 7 days pending receipt of the above.

2. The (non-refundable) balance payment is due 4 weeks before the arrival date. If this payment is not made then the apartment will be made available to other tenants and the initial deposit will be lost.

3. The property will be left in the condition in which it was found. Credit card details are requested on arrival to cover a security deposit. Charges will be notified via email and will be made for breakages, damages, lost keys or excessive cleaning.

4. If the booking date is less than 4 weeks from the arrival date then the full agreed rental price should be sent with the completed booking form.

5. The apartment is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.

6. The number of people to occupy the apartment must not exceed the number agreed on the booking form.

7. All linen and towels are provided. All reasonable gas & electricity usage is included in the agreed rental price.

8. Any complaint or problem should be reported immediately.

9. The apartment owners & their employees shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for any loss or damage to your property or person, however caused.

10. We reserve the right to refuse any booking or to cancel a booking in the extremely unlikely event of the apartment becoming unavailable through any event outside of our control. These occasions would be subject to a full refund of any monies paid or the option to transfer to another apartment, should one be available, at no extra cost.

11. In the unlikely event of any disputes or disturbance, then the apartment owners & their employees reserve the right to terminate the stay without notice.

The apartment owners & their employees shall be allowed the right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for the purpose of servicing the apartment or to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance.

13. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Please respect this request. A minimum £100 charge will be taken from your credit card to cover any extra cleaning required as a result of smoking.

14. With the exception of Guide Dogs, we regret that pets are not allowed in the apartment.

15. Arrival information will be made available the week prior to arrival.

Payment of your deposit or full agreed rental price signifies acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
