An SHR Associate is an apartment that is owned and managed by a third party client but who advertises via this website.


Each property that becomes an SHR associate is vetted by our staff to ensure that the property and service matches the standard that we set for our own fully managed apartments and townhouses.


Please note that SHR takes no responsibility for any bookings or contracts between an Associate apartment and a guest. SHR is purely an advertising service for Associate properties.
